Eligibility :
You are not required to be a native English speaker, have prior teaching experience or a college degree to participate in the program.

If you already hold an internationally accredited 120 hour, TEFL/TESOL certification, whether achieved online or in class, you are eligible to upgrade to the internationally accredited, Island TEFL, 150 hour TEFL/TESOL Diploma Certification by enrolling in and successfully completing the 1 week (30 hours), on-location, advanced intensive teaching theory and practice workshop. Includes up to10 hours of Teaching Practice sessions.

The investment cost of the 1 Week Program, if purchased on its own separately from Package B is $499 USD (approx. 319 GBP). Accommodation and food are not included.

If you are a native English speaker and hold a university degree in any subject you are guaranteed the offer of a paid teaching position in a Thai school after successful completion of Program the Island TEFL, 150 hour, internationally accredited, TEFL/TESOL Diploma Certification Program.

Program B: Course Dates

Program B has the same start dates as Program A
The start date for the one week (30 hours), on-location, advanced intensive teaching theory and practice workshop, which includes up to10 hours of Teaching Practice sessions, and can be taken separately from Program B is the first Monday after the concluding Friday finish date of Program A. The course runs from Monday through Thursday.

Eligibility:
Minimum 18 years of age
A native English speaker or if a non native English speaker, you must be fluent, with excellent skills in both spoken and written English
Able to produce a high standard of work
Committed, presentable and reliable
No degree or previous teaching experience is required
Participants must obtain a current Criminal Records Check from their home country to be able to accept a placement offer
